Qingyun Hu-Yang

Profile

Qingyun Hu-Yang is a philosopher, founder of Harmondeg philosophy, founder of the Harmondeg Institute, initiator of the East–West Philosophy & Practice Dialogue, independent researcher, author, expert in AI safety governance and AI ethics, owner of Harmondeg Lightweight Upstream AI Safety Ltd., and the original theorist and designer of the HAS-Core lightweight AI safety framework. He inherited and developed classical wisdom, religion, and philosophy, founding the Harmondeg philosophical system. He has authored several philosophy monographs and over 100 independent works, with more continuously published.

His method: depth, root-cause analysis, alignment, layered stratification, meta-analysis — everything from the root outward. Diagnosing any long-deadlocked debate begins with two questions: does the problem itself stand? Are the debaters arguing on a shared basis?
